Ingredients
70g oats
1 pepper banana
1 apple
1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
350ml water or any nut milk
Topping (optional): fruit - kiwi, blueberry; seeds – chia, dried/roasted nuts; granola
Steps
Preparation:
Dice apple
Crush bananas
Cooking:
Turn on the stove to medium heat, put the oats, water/nut milk and sliced apples into the pot. Stir well, after 5 minutes the oats will start to simmer*.
When boiling, add the mashed banana + 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder**. Stir well and turn off the stove
Add topping / side dishes *** as you like
Mix well
Notes:
*Oats cook pretty quickly, so start over medium heat to avoid boiling and overflowing
**The cinnamon powder not only makes this recipe more delicious, but also helps neutralize the sugar in the fruit
*** You may not need this part, but for me, adding fruit and nuts outside is not only delicious and also adds more nutrition for a more perfect breakfast.
