PROTEIN

IRON
Iron is an essential mineral that plays a critical role in transporting oxygen around the body. Our body needs iron to help it carry out many vital processes, such as energy production, growth, development, and the synthesis of hormones. Iron also helps to keep the immune system healthy. There are two types of dietary iron in food - heme iron and non-heme iron. The body absorbs them at different rates.

They have many health benefits such as: improving eye health, lowering risk of cardiovascular disease and dementia, reducing fat in the liver and blood, being good for the brain, bones, joints and skin, alleviating inflammation. Zin is essential for the activity of over 300 enzymes involved in numerous significant processes in our body such as: metabolizes nutrients, maintain the immune system, wound healing, DNA synthesis and cell division. It also helps normal and development during pregnancy, childhood and adolescence. Our body does not store zinc, make sure you meet your daily requirements.
